Sara graduated from Portland State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Biology. Pursuing her interest in medicine she began investigating acupuncture and East Asian medicine and immediately connected with the tradition’s whole-systems approach, and its emphasis on total-body wellness and the mind-body connection. In 2017 Sara began her formal studies at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, with advanced studies in orthopedics and an interest in sports medicine.

Passionate about patient education, Sara always seeks to help patients understand their conditions and their treatment options.
