Lyle Rose, LMT.

Born and raised in Seattle, Lyle spent much of his childhood around his mother’s massage and acupuncture clinic, where he was introduced early to the value of holistic care and therapeutic touch. That experience sparked a lasting interest in bodywork, and at age 20, he began formal training in massage therapy, turning that early exposure into a dedicated career.

Lyle incorporates a range of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and myofascial release, tailoring every session to promote pain relief, improved mobility, and deep relaxation.

With a calm, grounded presence, Lyle prioritizes comfort, communication, and trust in every appointment. He believes effective massage is not just about technique, but about listening carefully to the body, adapting in real time, and helping clients leave feeling balanced, supported, and more at home in themselves.
