Amy is a board-certified Licensed Acupuncturist and a certified yoga therapist. She uses the rich tradition of East Asian medicine, current research, plus over a decade of experience in yoga therapy to inform her clinical practice.
Amy works at the intersection of physical and emotional pain, recognizing that no symptom exists in isolation. The mind and the body are not divisible, nor are we separate from the communities and systems surrounding us. Amy has a passion for making integrative health both accessible and equitable. At the heart of Amy’s work is the recognition that all of us wish to be free from suffering and to reach our fullest state of joy and well-being.
Amy works in partnership with patients to support each person’s unique goals and strengths. Her specialties include pain medicine, healthy movement for all bodies, chronic illness, neurological disorders, and mental-emotional health.
In addition to being a clinician, Amy is a mom of two who loves hanging out with her family, movement of all kinds, reading nerdy books, and exploring Portland’s fantastic food scene.
