EXCELLENT Based on 140 reviews Matt Sorenson25/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been seeing Dr Michael V. for about 2.5 months now, and he is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, explains everything very well, and he has helped me heal a neck injury to the point that I may be able to avoid surgery. I definitely recommend! Rynn Jacobson22/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Inner Gate is amazing. I had a bit of a mess with my complicated insurance and a communication hiccup (totally my fault), but the admin team and Dr. Kelley were incredibly gracious and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, due to my insurance network, this won’t be my forever clinic — but I truly wish it could be! Dr. Kelley is so kind and empathetic, and the clinic’s vibe is instantly relaxing and welcoming. If you’re looking for a fabulous space to find healing, I highly recommend Inner Gate. Michael Buonocore18/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had my first experience with acupuncture at Inner Gate a couple of years ago when I was experiencing a lot of pain in my neck and upper back. Steroids and muscle relaxers barely helped, but acupuncture made all the difference. I recently returned with a similar issue and knowing this would fix it saved me a lot of time suffering. If you're nervous about trying acupuncture, you'll be in very skilled hands with Casey, and trust me - it's not as scary as it seems if you're worried about needles. I actually look forward to my treatments - they're super relaxing! Magi Treece14/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have come to rely on Inner Gate’s knowledge, experience and attention to detail over the last 2 years. From severe pain and near immobility to a full range of motion again, I am so grateful. I cannot recommend them enough. Erik Isaacman, Michael VanSooy and Zach Kaufmann have helped me immeasurably. Thank you! Hope11/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started working with Dr. Krebsbach several years ago after hitting a wall with my current Naturopath. I was having a wide array of health concerns but was struggling to get any answers as to why. After only a few months of working with Dr. Krebsbach we were able to get some pretty major diagnosis and then continued working together to treat the symptoms. Now a few years later I’ve made a ton of progress and am feeling more like myself than I have in years! Heather is very knowledgeable and was willing to order a wide array of tests to help find my root causes. She’s very warm and kind and I’ve enjoyed working with her. I’m immensely grateful to Heather and her team! Sarah Moon10/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Heather Krebsbach is fantastic! Her guidance on my health has been immeasurable. I've been seeing her for years both as a Naturopath and Acupuncturist and highly recommend her to my colleagues and friends. David Lizaola10/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have a torn rotator cuff that had surgery and then it was re-town. I had been dealing with constant pain and had a hard time sleeping. I heard about Heather and the prolotherapy through my acupuncturist. After my first treatment with her, there was still pain, and slow progress toward less pain. After a few weeks from the first injection though, I was able to sleep more comfortably and noticed finished pain. I have now done 3 sessions, and I have been able to swim with minimal pain, which I never imagined possible. I highly recommend this treatment for injuries. Heather is a great communicator and has been amazing to work with. I’m headed in for my 4th treatment soon! Cara Guynup06/01/2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Heather is an integral part of my wellness team. She has helped me with sleeplessness, menstrual issues, hormone balancing, anxiety and more. She is incredibly thorough, easy to talk to, and supportive. I highly recommend adding her to your wellness team! Laurie Canup18/12/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amy’s work was amazing. I’ve been struggling with hamstring and ischial tuberosity injury for several months and tried several modalities. Within a week I’m back to lunges and strength training and feeling good. Prolotherapy FAQs
Prolotherapy is a non-surgical regenerative joint injection therapy used for acute and chronic joint pain that stimulates the body’s healing process to strengthen and repair joints.
We begin with a small local anesthetic, followed by an injection of a safe, natural dextrose solution directly to the painful joint, ligament, muscles, or tendon that creates lasting healing, without surgery.
A local anesthetic is used at the injection site to reduce needle/injection discomfort; this part is generally well tolerated. There can be increased soreness following treatment, typically lasting for 2-3 days.
This depends on the type of injury, location, and length of time since onset. Generally, it takes 4 weeks for the initial stages of regeneration and repair to occur, with pain reduction often occurring much sooner.
Anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs) and steroid medications should be avoided as they interfere with the normal inflammatory and healing response.
