Elizabeth attended the National University of Natural Medicine and received a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM). During graduate school, Elizabeth spent 2 years in a traditional style Chinese medicine & martial arts apprenticeship studying movement arts and clinical practices for sports injuries. This training included acupuncture and cupping, as well as tuina, Chinese bodywork, and more gentle forms of manual therapy.

To improve her skills and deepen her practice she has focused on studying neuro-anatomy and neuro-science to better understand the mind-body connection. Additionally, she believes that food is medicine, and lends nutritional advice to most treatments. She has a strong core patient base of athletes that utilize her skills for performance enhancement, injury recovery and prevention, and mental fortitude. Elizabeth excels at treating musculoskeletal pain, athletic performance and anxiety, as well as digestive and endocrine imbalance.
